We can help you find the trendiest neighborhoods, the amenities you want most, and great move-in specials. Plus, our services are completely FREE for you!

STEP 2

Touring the properties

Let us know what you're looking for and we will send you a FREE customized apartment search. Since the availability in the Dallas Metro changes daily, let us know the day before you plan to visit the properties so we can send you their confirmed availability and specials. Most importantly, when visiting the apartments be sure to let them know Dash Realty referred you, whether in person or over the phone.

STEP 3

Tell us where you leased!

Once you've selected your new apartment home, please remember to let us know where you leased. Please write Dash Realty on the application and guest card as your referral source. If submitting an online application look for the drop-down button "How did you hear about us?" Please select Apartment Locator, Locator Service, or the Realtor option as how you heard about the apartment community. If not available, please contact us so we can further assist you. This is very important since the apartment communities pay us a fee for referring them great potential residents like yourself!
